Coach Bus Registration Agreement – CT to DC/Maryland (YMC/ICNA Convention) By registering for this bus service, I acknowledge and agree to the following: This Payment is for Transportation Only: I understand that this payment only covers transportation from IAGH to The Baltimore Convention Center (1 W Pratt St, Baltimore, MD 21201) I am responsible for purchasing the ICNA or YMC convention passes either before or on the day of arrival. (Please refer to icnaconvention.org for more information) Designated Hotel Stops: The bus will only stop at two hotels on the arrival of the 24th and the departure on the 26th of May at Sheraton, 300 South Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 (brothers)or the Hyatt 300 light st Baltimore MD (sisters) If I am staying at a different hotel, I am responsible for my own transportation during the YMC/ICNA Convention (Uber, Lyft etc.) Travel Conduct & Guidelines: I acknowledge that we will be following Islamic guidelines during the trip, especially in relation to mixed-gender gatherings. Please stay tuned for announcements regarding seating arrangements and other travel protocols. Rest Stop Policy: The bus will make one scheduled stop en route to the convention center. No additional stops will be made upon request.
