Young Muslims Florida would like to welcome you to the second annual Florida Retreat!
Theme: Guardians of Spirituality
Venue: Camp Geneva Florida | 36540 Via Marcia Fruitland Park, FL 34731 | We will be staying in cabins with beds for everyone.
Activities: Zip-lining, Outdoor sports (basketball, soccer, volleyball), Campfire Talks, Canoeing, Water Blob, Archery Tag and much More! The entire weekend will be a competitive sports tournament between 8 teams with top 3 award winners and prizes! You will be assigned to one of the following teams:
Team Iron Man – The Fight Against Ego
Team Spider-Man – The Fight with Responsibility
Team Hulk – The Fight Against Anger
Team Black panther – The Fight for Identity
Team Captain America – The Fight for justice
Team Dr. Strange – The Fight against Time
Team Ant Man – The Fight for Family
Team Groot – The Fight for Purpose
Food: All meals, snacks and drinks for throughout the weekend will be provided in registration costs.
Transportation: Keep up with YM Florida on social media about select locations from where transportation will be provided.
Supplies: Only a bed will be provided. You are responsible for bringing clothes, pillows, blankets, and anything else needed for two overnight stays. Pack lightly as space for storage will be limited.
